The Fifth by Northwest Area Commission is located just northwest of downtown. We're west of the Ohio State University campus, south of Upper Arlington, and north of Grandview Heights.
A rough description of our boundaries:
North: Kinnear Road
South: Alley south of Third Avenue
West: Wyandotte Road
East: Olentangy River Road
